I’ve spent over 35 years helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more vibrant lives. My background spans personal training, physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and holistic wellness coaching—all rooted in a deep respect for the connection between body and mind. My journey began as a Division 1 springboard diver at USC, where I learned firsthand the discipline, resilience, and precision that movement requires. That early athletic experience, paired with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, shaped the foundation of my approach: smart movement, mindful recovery, and personalized care. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from athletes and weekend warriors to individuals recovering from injury, illness, or major life transitions. Whether I’m helping someone return to sport after surgery, improve mobility after a diagnosis, or simply feel confident in their body again, I bring the same level of intention and support. I believe lasting health comes from listening inward, building strong habits, and creating space for both strength and stillness. That’s why I launched Earley Wellness—a space to guide others toward sustainable movement, deeper self-awareness, and joyful living. As a lifelong athlete, my love for tennis naturally evolved into a passion for pickleball. Today, I bring that same energy and expertise to helping fellow players stay strong, mobile, and injury-free—so they can play their best game and enjoy it for years to come.
